Ovarian cancer (OC) is a highly lethal malignancy of the female reproductive system [1]. According to the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2021, OC ranked as the eighth leading cause of cancer-related deaths among women worldwide, accounting for 298,876 new cases and 185,609 deaths[2]. Unfortunately, due to the lack of effective early detection methods, the majority of patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage, resulting in a poor prognosis [3].
