We read with great interest the recent article published in the European Journal of Radiology evaluating the diagnostic performance of AI-assisted coronary CT angiography for CAD-RADS classification. This work highlights ongoing efforts to improve the consistency, reproducibility, and clinical usability of CAD-RADS in routine practice, including emerging automated and AI-assisted reporting workflows.
