Microtia/aural atresia reconstruction surgery focuses on improving hearing and cosmesis in patients with microtia, aural atresia, and aural stenosis. Preoperative evaluation of microtia with high-resolution CT plays an important role in assessing the potential for the successful surgical restoration of hearing.
