BACKGROUND:
Intracranial aneurysms (IAs) are the major cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Stent-assisted coiling, especially with the Neuroform Atlas stent (NAS), has proved more effective than coiling alone for treating these aneurysms.

PURPOSE:
